The Concept was actually designed as an alternative for the AJ tower but then it was considered for another project . the concept of the MAKO Tower is to incorporate Persian Architectural elements in a modern Parametric High-rise located in the Makouipour area of Tehran . the colour of the tower resemble the mosaic art of Persian mosques . the Tower is going to be an Icon of the city adding historical and Persian value to the city’s skyline . the tower is designed on a 2,400 sqm plot and is 16 floors high a Lobby and 5 levels of parkade . the Project is under construction .
