Yacht Villa was design based on the design of a Yacht , the client had a strong passion for yachts and also owned one so he asked for a design inspired by his dream yacht which was the famous Sailing Yacht-A . the residence is in 2 floors with a total area of 340 sqm in a 1000 sqm plot . a concrete shell was used to form words G ( Geramy was the clients last name ) and the yacht . the project is under construction scheduled to finish in 2022 .
